That is the question.

I have always had an itch for a Z3M Coupe.

Only bought the Roadster as I thought it might stop the itch:facepalm: , but afraid to say it hasn't.:bashhead:

Watch this space as if I can find some spare cash to fund the difference between Roadster and
Coupe the Roadster will be up for sale.

Dont do it not if you are planning euro trips as you would miss so much. I am glad we haven't a tin top as you see soooooo much more

I'm not sure what a tin top adds to the Z3 other than a more rigid chassis. Bit more room for the weekly shop, but I think I would miss being able to drop the roof. Must be other advantages I guess.

The Coupe is a nice shape, and it does grow on you after a while...

I think the coupe will start to increase in value over the next few years as its a rare beasty so if you don't mind losing the cloth top and can find a goodun go for it I say.

Have both? :ymdevil:
If I had the ££££'s then I would but only allowed 2 toys on the driveway.
The B10 being the one that will not go to make room for another car, so Z3M Roadster will leave when I have found funds.

Don't get me wrong I love open top motoring but for what I want a Z3M for the Coupe is looking the better bet than the Roadster.

Believe it or not but the registered numbers aren't that different
Coupe 570 compared to Roadster 639 maximum registered in the UK.

Also there always seems to be fewer Roadster for sale than Coupes although the Coupe commands a lot higher price.

Well I have done it.

The Z3M is up on pistonheads for sale http://www.pistonheads.com/classifi...series-m-roadster----------------1998/1551044 . Some will say too much money but can always come down but
you can never go up.

Just hope the Z3M Coupe I am after is still there, I believe it will be as I have been chasing it since the end
of last year and finally the owner has said I can have first refusal on it.
