Have anyone done the theory test lately :p
My son has got his test next week :)
So I thought I'd have a go at doing it ;)
When I had my driving test I only done the flip cards ;)
I didn't pass on this test as I only got 42 questions right out of 50 :)
So I failed as you need 43 or more :)
Have a go and see how you get on :)
It takes about 20 mins ;)
I'll do it again later and see what my score is ;)

Good luck to your son Shelly for next week, hope he's been practicing :).
Amy has her theory test next Friday in Derby :nailbiting:.We all had a go on the practice one,it was quite a laugh with some of the answers we came up with .
Some of the questions are a bit vague to be honest, when I did my test it was same as you with the pictures on the card......luckily I passed, not so sure I would nowadays.

90%, 45 out of 50. As with Gail I did hit the wrong button on one but the other 4 I did get wrong.

Good luck Amy.

I managed 47. Got the one wrong about getting your licence back. Don't see that as a problem cos I've never been there nor am I going there. One of the others was so ambiguous that to answer the question in the way they did you had potentially already committed an offence anyway. The final one was the tunnel. Hazard flashers yes, but, to call for help you have to get out of the vehicle. Mobiles generally don't work down tunnels. It was implicit that you could do that. That question could directly lead to injury.
Ambiguity and plain inference has no place in examinations like this. It should be pure fact based upon the question. Grr.

last time i tried think i got 46 or 45, some questions are questionable, like for instance the giving of first aid WTF what if i get sued, how can this possible be part of a driving test? (as you can figure, it was this type of question i got wrong)
