I'm one happy chap with what has been archived today Thanks to @Russell O for allowing me to use his unit and tools and to @Brian4's helping hands.
Jobs completed today are

1. I Fittted my Royal Steering Wheel with thanks to @NODZED for removing it weeks ago

2. Trim off around the off side windscreen and under the steering wheel through to the centre console for my dash cam.

3. Removed the off side wing and fit a replacement

Wow major surgery! Good work Steve. @Brian4 does like getting his hands dirty bless him! He helped do my front brakes the other week. He only popped into Tonys for a catch up lol!

Was a nice productive afternoon where we all achieved what was needed Steve,

Good company too............
I couldn't have done what has been archived without you guys. It's just not the same on your own without the correct tools working on the roadside

Great work fellas... The 4th pic is wing you removed I take it? Which are the most common places that Zs experience rust? Are they more prone to rust than any other 16 year old car? I discovered a big repair job on my front wheel arches the other day, the mat colour of the primer on inside (matched fairly well) had hidden it well, I was well p***** off I'd missed it, I've got a replacement bonnet now... Big old lump of metal though so I'm not replacing just yet...what was your zed like underneath Low Rider? I'm looking to read your zed shed report.

The guys at the Zed Shed were a life saver for my Zed they have the tools and knowledge both of which I don't have.
I'm looking to visit again soon to get my rear back brake plates replaced and to fit lowering springs.
ask @Lee if your looking for help for those jobs you can't do

Due to the fact my z has had a bit of rust here and there im a bit preoccupied with what might be going on underneath.. Diff mount maybe? (Slight knocking when going through the gears)

Just generally not that confident that the perishables are not completely perished :) and if maybe the suspension all in order or not... Id like to get the guys to take a look for me before I put her to bed in September... That way I get a clear run at Mot early next year...I'll message the guys at some point and see how they are fixed.... Do they only work on the weekends? I can see they really helped you out a lot.. This is my first experience with any Internet forum and I'm well impressed at the genuine community spirit of the members here....

Without this forum I wouldn't have a Zed.
The guys on here are mates I just haven't meet yet and as for those I have, I bet they wish they hadn't meet me but seriously Zroadster.org is the place to be.

As you have read it Project Low Rider I was the 9th and there have been more since.

Yes at weekends mostly but as I live 2.5 hours away I left my Z3 with them for two weeks plus there was a lot a wanted done.

The guys gave me every invoice for the parts purchased which is great for the history of my Zed.
