Tensioning straps

Happy Sunday!!

So I've been busy over the weekend sorting bits out on the Z3, part of which has involved me removing the old roof ready for fitting a new one in a few weeks once i get some bits refurbished.

While removing the roof i found an issue with all 4x tensioning straps the two lower straps have started to fray and also have started to rot, the two upper have both at one point been ripped out from the screws that would have held them in place

Has anyone got any experience in replacing these? they look pretty straightforward but i would want to make sure i get everything back in line so if possible would ideally need some measurements for these.

Also if anyone knows a UK stockist that would be great?

You could try asking @spurs fan in a coupe if he has any tatty roofs with what you require.

Did you know that you can get a whole new roof from Jack Trimmers in Swansea for I think the last price was £330 supplied and fitted. A bit of a waiting list though.

looking at realoem there are repair items for the roof but look pricey
