Wood Burners are more of a fashion statment over here, We mainly just pillage the natural resources of the world to keep warm:whistle: People over here live in a push button world for everything.

Gary, when I said that I might pick up the M in San Diego, a new member said to stop by his place on the way back. I think he lived in Georgia, or somewhere in the south. I could do this as the chance of buying the car and driving it back is very possible now, but I can't remember who it was. Can you help me here? Frankie

@FRANKIE is this the guy?
I took a look and the paint is Oxford Green.
Frankie, as for proximity, I see you are in New Jersey. I am in Atlanta, Georgia. You could be here for dinner... Tomorrow. We have an extra bedroom.

Hey Tony.............I got the 8G's from my savings just a few minutes ago, went to the bank and put it in. As soon as it clears, I can get a bank check for the car. schedule a flight to San Diego, get the car and start driving back. Now I know you guys are going to think me crazy but the guy said for 8.5K he would also ship the car. That seems so much easier, HOWEVER, what the f#@% is the good of having it if you're not going to drive it. Of course, 3,200 miles might seem a bit excessive but it will only be one mile at a time. Tony, I don't think you'll be here for a few weeks. I probably can't get off from work then, its so slow now. And by then, there's going to be about 50 other guys looking at the car. It took me WEEKS to find this on craigslist. I might be able to catch up with @CokerAir, perhaps for dinner or something. @Zeti, Zeti, Zeti.............go for a ride with me!!!!!!!! You can do half the driving if you want. Frankie

What route are you planning to take Frankie?
I am checking the national weather picture now, but I think it would be best to take Interstate 10 along the south. As to when I would head north, I can start half way through the country or if things are bad there, follow the southern route until Interstate 95 and head north. I've often bought cars in Florida and taken 95 north all the way home.
