Coil springs that is . Any tips on best paints for my coils as the original yellow is now long gone and this looks like the next job on my car. Body work shelved till it gets warmer. I can paint suspension parts in the garage and dry them in the utility room ( wife is away ) . This is how I did the brakes last year. Shhh !!

Problem with springs is they are constantly flexing so I think the likes of Hammerite or similar will eventually crack and peel away. I think Plastidip might be good as it will be flexible enough to withstand the flex in the springs. Available in lots of colours and easily removed later on. Make sure you clean them up well though before painting as always the key to a good finish is in the preparation.
