Love the colour but for me the wheels are a bit much. As I always say though, each to their own.

Mmm, I can't see past those wheels... not for me!

I guess the colour is interesting, albeit metallic skidmark brown, but the badges, wing mirrors and grills cheapen what could have been.

Final thought, someone needs to show this guy how to fit the tonneau cover and how to park!

My daughters first car was a BL mini in that colour, Russet Brown I think it was called. Affectionally known as "the turd" by her college friends. The car certainly stood out.:)

Weird. The more I look at it the more I like it.

But my tastes are not would you might term as normal.

A niche market I think. It will certainly appeal to some but for me the wheels, black wing mirrors and black kidney grills etc turn what would look a nice car into, well, not sure really?

Personally, I hate everything about it, especially the colour... eughhh

Austin Princess/ Morris Marina brown.... A decade where I think brown should have remained,
Though it does go well with pensioner beige clothing

Amongst others:

But, world would be boring if we all liked silver...

The Allegro was the worst car made, ever. Recall a colleague ordering a new brownish one in the 1970s with a "square" steering wheel. Had it sprayed everywhere with waxoil or whatever it was then, including the engine bay as they rusted from new. At least my rusting 6 year old MGBGT looked better then. :(

I have to agree with the above comments regarding the black bits andthe colour looks dreadful but I'm sure there are a few that would say the same about my latest project ;)

I’ve just spotted the extended rear arches.

Nope the more I look at it the less I like it. Fair play for trying to be different though.

I had a Morris 1800 as one of my cars. Now that WAS sh-t... it was cheap though and needs must.

I don’t the arches are extended, I may be wrong but that’s an incredibly difficult trick to pull off on such thin metal.
It’s so low with the rims tucked under, I agree it does look unusual to say the least.
However, I like the Phoenix yellow M.

Allegros, the later ones at least, really weren’t as bad as everyone thinks.

But I certainly don’t like brown cars.

You’re correct. That first pic on the advert mislead me.

Hope you are well by the way (we met at Richard’s some time ago).
