It’s now fitted under my bonnet making my ears bleed as it gets over 5k rpm

You’d need a much bigger one for your engine, probably double the size as this is for around 200bhp only.

Not sure you will get what you're looking for from that John. I fitted a Ramair on my 3.0 Z4 last year and it sounds like this.(turn up the volume) now think what you could do with 2 of them. Not cheap but very nice kit.
