That's just not right. 
Or it's a "Save My Hair For Work" day 
That'll be 3 points and a £60 fine
He may have just visited softtops and had a new one fitted and has to leave it closed for 24 hours, still it's no excuse! But the rear window looks too cloudy to be a new top so yes he needs a fine.

Lovely spot, I don’t put my roof down on my way to work , as it will be all over the place , but it comes down on my way home , ( my hair is quite long )

we put our top up last year on the way home from vanity BMW we were going through salisbury and it was so hot we had to put it up...!!!! thats the hottest I have ever been and that was my only excuse for putting the top up we were so thankfuk of the shade at a petrol station as were stuck in traffic too in salisbury..

I have been using Smurf and keeping the roof up as I can't find the BMW rear screen cover I brought for @Mnbrennan
I can relate...when I bought my car, I thought about having AC and thought I'd not need it...with a soft top! Boy, was I wrong!!! I'll use my roof for shade and love it, roof up and roof down.
