Using 3m 15% smoke tint vinyl only selling as I have bought angel eyes and I will be getting them smoked too .... I only had these done 2 weeks ago

Tinted lights are a possible MOT issue, depending on the Tester's opinion.

Need to hot them up to split the seal, it would wreck the film

Why? Whenever you put anything on a light there is potential for MOT issues. There's no way to test it and it comes down tester's discretion. Even if you've had it passed somewhere it does not gaurantee it will pass elsewhere. It doesn't add value to the light units, only to you.
