Replace Z4 2006 roof motor

Hello clever people.... lovely Zippy my Z4 has decided to not be a convertible....roof stuck and roof motor looks like the culprit....looks incredibly difficult to get to so we can remove/replace. Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks in advance.

Hi Lorna..this may help..it’s a common issue. Quite a few places will do this work now. The motor may not be dead once it’s all dry and cleaned up
