Steps to follow:
1 take a big breath and pay 50 euros for the bloody thing
2 lift with your finger (not a screwdriver nor a credit card) the old emblem
3 use a thin cable tie and sneaky push under the upper side of the emblem
4 lift with your finger the lower side of the emblem
5 tie the cable
6 pull with a towel wrapped around cable
7 clean the bonnet (not obligatory)
8 insert new emblem
9 admire your work
