I replaced a ton of stuff. Giubo, center support bearing, transmission mounts, engine mounts, roll/sway bar bushings, subframe bushings, differential bushing, trailing arms, yet I am still getting a clunking sound while shifting gears unless I rev match perfectly.

I noticed after I reinstalled the drive shaft (yes I marked it so it would still be in balance) that I could push on the drive shaft and hear/feel a slight bump, however the drive shaft appeared to have no play or just enough play that I could not visibly notice it but could feel it.

Could this be the centering bushing in the drive shaft? I Didn't know there was one (first time working on a RWD car) inside of the drive shafts but it looked like it was intact and fine.

Evening chaps. It’s the crush sleeve in the diff that needs changing. It’s lost is elasticity. Part you need is about £10 but the diff will need to be stripped to reach it.
