How accurate is the realoem.com, I am getting confusing conflicts for a throttle cable for my 2.0 z3

realoem shows: 35411164834

ebay shows: 35411164512

getting a bit annoyed as they seem to be like hens teeth, I have one purchased and went by the realoem site but sitting here thinking I may have bought the wrong one..

It does depend if your on a change year my 99 has a right miss match of pre and post parts. On the whole its worked fine for me in the past but there is the odd discrepency i have found but only around engine parts.

I just went to a BMW dealer and asked for one. You can't go wrong as they take your reg.

Based on my limited experience I have used RealOEM part numbers and have been satisfied with their accuracy.

Im not to far away DavidM in Northern Ireland here..

I had phoned up my local BMW dealer last week and am still waiting on my phone call back, I also done an online parts enquiry about the item and waiting on a reply for this also, so I can only presume they dont want my money, so I have had a week on the internet and located the one I purchased from Lithuania bmwautoparts.net !! simple things are sometimes the hardest

Andy - hope the one you have ordered is ok but if you are having problems with your local dealer try @Soper Parts Lincoln who are on the site. They are very good - ask for forum discount which usually covers postage.

Just looked at the numbers you quoted on realoem - the first one 35411164834 is RHD the ebay one 35411164512 is LHD.
