Hey guys,
So.... realoem.... I am trying to work out what replacement rear springs to fit on my z3 1998 1.9 auto m44b19

It doesnt list any....

Any suggestions please - I am simply looking to stay stock as the roads around my way are very rough and bouncy - I keep scraping already.

Thanks

Having just removed mine I’d have a good look at what you have fitted first. If it’s scraping a previous owner may have fitted lowering springs.
I discovered I had one standard and one lowered spring on the back.

Realoem is not a safe way to tell what your car has.
First check https://www.mdecoder.com/ and put your full vin (17 digits) to check if you have an option such as sport suspension or something different from the basic setup.
The basic part is this one

There was a clever thing - I just went out to the car and read it through the windscreen :) Photo taken & stored now! :)

Looking up the info on mdecoder gave no suspension info at all.
