If indicative of the whole car that may be a problem. If not those are minor points in the grand scheme of things.

Unusually clean MOT history. Apart from this which I can’t even work out what it actually means.

• Nearside Rear Seat belt anchorage prescribed area is corroded but not considered excessive (5.2.6)

You can’t see the reel anchorage point as it’s under plastics. And the buckle is on the seat base. And there’s no rear seat...

Looks fairly good to me. If I had the money I would be going to look at it, especially with that engine

A little bit of surface rust and worn leather would be good haggling points. It is a private sale so a good negotiator will get some reduction on the asking price but it is likely to go fairly quickly.

A better haggling point would be the front bumper not aligned properly.
