It's been creeping up the last week, currently 106.9 and no doubt be 110 by weekend end. Very short respite as usual. Russians and ragheads (as HT said) getting together to hike prices.
In my area last week 99.9 for unleaded and diesel super unleaded 110.9
This week I noticed all garages 105.5 unleaded 104.9 diesel God knows how much super will be now
Probably very high again as all ours cars run on super unleaded apart from our van diesel.
Low prices were short lived just ready for the summer.
Obviously super market fuel is cheaper but don't use it.
I'm paying 2p a litre more at the same Sainsbury's for their super-juice than I was a few weeks back. Always was going to rise, and no way it would stay that low for so long.
I must be one of the odd few who never actually looks at how much it costs. Main reason being super is never listed on the boards. Just fill up and off I go for a couple of days
The price of petrol is not such an issue for us now @Lee, as we've retired, we have sold on two of our vehicles and only have two to put petrol in. Trouble is the other car has to work extra hard now.
It's all a bit of mute subject really because we all will pay whatever it is as we need it.
They know that so they'll just keep hiking up the price
We seem to be filling up our cars all the time, not sure why lol
Been 107.9ppL for a few days at our local and heading upwards again soon I bet.
Funny how the price goes up just as people start to think about getting out more
