Hi Peter, and welcome.
I think it would be very difficult for a Perspex deflector to be made for a Z3 without roll hoops, as it uses the hoops as a secure fixing method.
As far as installing genuine roll hoops, you can get all the parts from a breakers yard and tends to cost about £200-250.
