Managed to overhaul one of mine need another broken one to see if failure is anything common that can be fixed as failure fairly common and eventually good ones will be hard to find .

One on ebay now isn't there? One sold a couple of weeks ago but I don't think it's the same one. I think @Nodzed and @Faheem might advise you on the cupholder.

@Jimmy Weston BMW had some cup holders although I'm not sure if they still do, they had to be ordered in from Germany and cost £50.
