I know it's a long way off, but this is my first convertible. Is there any thing that I should get for over wintering.
As I can not get it in the garage. Will I need some sort of cover or best left off

Thanks Simon

You need to really careful with car covers in, the one you choose, how you apply to the car, and how you store afterwards, as they can leave marks on the paintwork if they pick up any form of dust. I use two old bed sheets, which are light, and seem to work fine - for garage use only of course. Can you not clear the garage?

I'm just thinking of the roof, any thing you put on it for cold \ snow weather to help protect it.

No ......... :p
The roof at the bottom is going a bit green at the moment :(
But it just needs a good clean :)
We're got cleaning item for it in the shed and protecter :)
We did have a cover for it , but found we got condensation under the cover from the sun when it came out after the rain so it had to be removed other wise the roof would get damp from it :)
This is just what we found ......... :)
But another brand of cover might be ok ;)

Covers trap moisture and dust,

Airflow is key.

Garage it with no cover or don't use one imho.

There are some great portable garages out there.

Michelle has a great one.

I use a stormforce cover, airflow is good and has never moved even in the strongest wind though its good practise to remove it when its nice for a hour or 2 ;)
