Can someone post a picture of what an electrical outlet looks like? I have adaptors for Europe but I don't know which one England uses. I'll use it for charging my phone. Thanks, Frankie

Just check your charger will take 230V, most nowadays are mutli voltage input so you should be OK but can just see you plugging it in when you are first here and it going up in smoke.

I'm about to book the Holiday Inn now. Just to make sure I got things right, I'm booking Thurs. night and Fri night. But what about Sat. night. The reason I ask this is I don't know If everyone gets together for dinner that night. If this is the case, and as of right now, I'm not sure where I'm going Sunday, and I might be a bit shot in the tail if everyone is partying, perhaps it might be best to have a place to crash Sat night and worry about Sunday on Sunday. What do you think, since you've been there on Sat.
I would book saturday too as we do usually all get together for either a meal in the hotel if they are laying one on again (asian buffet last year) or across the road in the pub. There is always the possibilty of staying late at silverstone too as they have rock bands playing on late into the night.

So sorry about that. I was thinking that perhaps I'd get together with some of the other members either before Silverstone or on Sunday, as I'll probably leave early Monday morning. I'll see Miller in Wales the first day I'm here. I wanted to see the air Museum on one day. I have to look back on the postings as someone suggested a get together some other day, maybe it was Sunday. I'll try to keep you posted on where I'm going in the event that its near you and I can but you a drink. Frankie
