Finally got round to fitting my Zunsport lower mesh grill. Hooray, just take it for a run check it stays in place.
Returned, checked grill no problem but i now have a smashed fog lamp.

May not be for the purist but it's your car after all and I go with the old " Dare to be different" saying!! It looks good so I wouldn't worry about it! JIM

New grill looks good Paul, was it easy ti fit ?

Steve
After guidance from Dom! plus the advice re gloves good, as a bit sharp in places.
Main thing loosen back panel easy done with bonnet open so clips fit in. My problem was i have non standard numberplate holder, the standard one holds the grill in at the top and the clips hold it in at the bottom. Will post another pic when both fog lamps fitted.

Maybe your new grill saved already the radiator, while the fog lamp took the hit!
Who knows?

@Paul Rice quote: "One job done another one created."

I know the feeling. Often it's one job done and two or more created and one of those looks almost impossible. Frankie

When looking for perfection , is the price that we have to pay. But where is the fun without this?

I'm still trying to find the fun WITH it. Actually, I can understand what you're saying. And you're just the person to make a statement like this. I could see that you DO find some fun in all this. I've never forgotten the absolutely marvelous job you did on the analog clock you modified for your Zed. It was just perfection and I can understand the joy it must have given you after it was completed. You are a role model for me. Frankie

I agree @FRANKIE, you should have @Zeti PM you pics of his other projects besides the zed!! He is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. I would love to visit to see them in person! Also the stories that go with each are fascinating. JIM
