Just spent a week in Hornsea with Yvonne and the girls. Saw 6 Zed 3/4 on the way there and back but none in that part of the world In the TD4 so strange looks from all drivers when I waved at them.
When I realised it traumatised my girls, game on.I don't think I've waved at a zed when not in mine, but I have wondered what someone might think if I did, I'm used to getting waves in whatever car I drive... At least I think they are waving at me....?
So much more fun than eye spy on a long journey. When I realised it traumatised my girls, game on.
I think that is in the contract Andy. Part of being a Father, also to embarras your offspring as often as possible. When I realised it traumatised my girls, game on.
Especially my little 'Un who is ferocious in the wit and banter department.I think that is in the contract Andy. Part of being a Father, also to embarras your offspring as often as possible.
@Hessle Z hi. Had a great time, we were based in Hornsea on the coast. A small 60 acre plot with some 20 or so log cabins (very nice). Did York, Yorvick Centre, Main York Museum, Eden Camp WW2 prisoner of war camp (very good) and a few walks along the coast. Very nice neck of the woods. Enjoy the classic car show, hope all goes well.Hi Andy...A big hello from an East Yorkshire Z. Hope you enjoyed this part of the country. I often see a couple of Z3/4s in the area but never get a wave no matter how hard I try...not members on here !!
I use my Z each day for work so whilst you have been enjoying the Yorkshire sun and hospitality (I hope) my z has been parked up at offices along the east coast.
Where else did you visit? there are some great roads especially up over the north yorkshire moors to whitby.
Am travelling down to St Neots in Cambridgeshire tomorrow, staying over and showing my Z at the Little Gransden classic car and air show. . Will be waving like mad at any Z's I see.
