Really nice torquey engine on those and quite characterful the way it shakes (but doesn't loosen all it's nuts and bolts like a Harley). With the right pipes it sounds lovely.
Looks like a well some conversion, just needs looking better wheels.

I always think that motorcycle trikes look like kiddies toys or perhaps something off "scrapheap challenge"

I'm a big fan of BMW motorbikes though, always have been. I've owned R80 and R100 in the distant past and I was recently tempted by a really nice K75 with only 70k miles on it. Sadly someone beat me to it.
