My friend has the 2008 limited-edition Bullitt Mustang, with a healthy 4.6L V8 tuned for slightly more power than the GT of the day--Making 315 Horsepower and 325 lb/ft of Torque. Mated to a 5-speed manual, and with a firmer suspension than the Mustang GT, it's a fun car that drives smaller than it looks... but still feels like the Queen Mary compared to the Z3
The exhaust note is pretty cool, though.
Interesting enough, it doesn't say Ford or Mustang on it anywhere... just a small Bullitt Badge on the (fake) fill cap fitted to the trunk lid, in homage to the 1968 movie car that was debadged. Not even a galloping pony on the grill:
The new 2019 edition with 475 HP/ 420 lb/ft of Torque would be a beast, for sure.
