Grumpy Z this morning, had to spend the night under the stars as an interloper had bagged the garage for the night.

Apologies for picture quality.:(
Anyway after a quick spring clean, clear out and spider hunt, this happened.

It's a lovely little car. Little being the operative word here, it is an art form getting in and out, I had forgotten. BUT, it's 45 years old, SIMPLE to work on and I LOVE it!:):):):)

What a cracking looking classic motor .
I wouldn't stand a chance of getting in it though, unless the roof was down and then I could sit on the boot rack.

I was in fact just thinking the same thing Steve, "How the f*** would Bozzy get in, or out for that matter, cos I struggle.=))

I struggled to get out of an mx5 before we got the zed,and it did my back in,so I'd have no chance with that lovely little thing.
It could do with a quick release steering wheel to make it easier to get in and out.
Everyone that could afford them back in the day must have been Ronnie Corbett sized =)).

The steering wheel seems oversized for the car to me, but then there's now power so it was all manual!;)

I'm not quite sure how to take that Mr, Mint.=))=))=)) It's here for some TLC Dave, the rear brakes are most likely the original 45 year old bits, you can imagine the condition. I have already taken custody of a shed load of parts from Tony,
008.jpg

These include, shoes, cylinders, spring kit, adjuster kits, lever gaiters and wheel bearings, oil seals, gaskets and "O" rings.
Unfortunately as I stripped it this afternoon I created another shopping list.:( Proper car, none of this "plug it in and see what it tells you crap"=)) Made my back ache mate but fun at the same time, and no killing pains from my shoulders.

Tony.
