Guys,

I took the plunge yesterday, and Scotland has a new resident.
After planning to view one at 6k (it sold before I could go) it looked like a burst baw compared to the one I plumped for. For 2k more, I got a nice 58k, full BMWSH plus good history of receipts etc. I especially like the plain black interior and the black on blue exterior with the chrome window surround.
Car feels tight, smooth and fast :coolsteer) . initial run just highlights minor issues like stiff doors, a dash light, lazy passenger window, a good clean and polish needed and moisture in a rear light. Car has been looked after though and all known issues checked out OK during inspection.
A big thanks to the members that assisted with input and the information available to prospective buyers on the site.

What do you think..... (better photos to follow once the rain stops, no drought warnings here! :ub)

Michael

Looking good... I have to say I haven't seen a single coloured set of seats in an ///M.. looks classy.

Wishing you many miles of top down motoring.

Another forum member couldn't have put it better when he said something like... If you don't drive it you're just saving all the pleasure for the next buyer....SIMPLES.

I was surprised at how good the all black //M seats I bought for my car looked! I personally don't like dark interiors and was looking for a two tone set. Soon changed my mind once they were fitted! Looked the business :D

The all black ///M seats are even classier as my bedroom furniture ;)
