Per my earlier post this week, I'm thinking of selling my Z.

Its just under 86,000, MOT'd till October. Some service history but not a lot.

I bought it November 2014 when it looked like this.....

I've since lowered it, put Beyern wheels on it, tyres have about 5mm all round. It has a Royal Steering retrim, chrome vents and door handles, and just 3 weeks ago a brand new Carhoods softtop in red fitted. I bought the soft top in 2015 but never got it fitted until just recently because the previous was fine, it was just a little faded with the usual scratches/cloudiness on the back window.

You'll see the car has had a quad exhaust conversion, this wasn't carried out by me, I bought it like this.

Here's a video to the exhaust...

It's used as a 3rd car for me, so not a daily driver.

It's been detangoed as you can see, and I've had the front bumper filled and painted so that the plate could be moved over. Not to everyones taste but I liked the difference.

The little marker lights are both suffering from the cracked corners. The paint looks amazing in pictures and also looks great in the flesh, there are of course some marks commensurate with age and also a small piece the size of a 10 pence where I got a bit overzealous with the DA. It revealed the primer but only very faint, probably would have to point it out.

I haven't taken any decent interior pics, however here's one a couple of the Royal Steering retrimmed wheel, and here's a shot looking into interior. Seat match doorcards and original car mats etc.

Car has absolutely no faults, it has electric roof which is still strong, cruise control etc.

Any questions, please ask.

I'm in Glasgow, car can be viewed anytime really and I'm looking for £4000 no offers.

Cheers.

Lex.

Ps, the towing eye bling is my 10 year old boys idea, not my thing but he loves it and people my age ask about it all the time because they think it's not long broke down :) I still have the blanking cover so 2 seconds returns this bit to standard.

A great looking car and I like the red hood - priced well - the car needs a buyer who will look after her so hold out for your asking price and good luck!

Thanks David, I agree with all your comments. Summer almost here so hopefully it goes to someone on here.

Lovely Zed, good luck with the sale.
Thanks Phil.

Looks great and love the roof. GLWTS.
Thanks Andy, with roof just having been changed, it's immaculate and so I don't want to take it out the garage. Albeit it's snowing so no point really !

Royal Steering wheels are indeed awesome Jimmy, and not too pricey for what you get either. The brunette btw, would be by seperate negotiation ;)

A video clip of the quad exhaust bellowing will be good for the ad (or just our aural pleasure :)).
Makes quite a difference compared with a single outlet.

It's a shame to let her go but that's going to make someone's summer a whole lot better. She's not going to be around for long unsold that's for sure.

Thanks @Low Rider, don't want to sell, but really don't have the space at the new house. Hoping to sell it to someone on here, if not, it'll go on PH.

I know Stacey, but if you saw my driving circle to try and get it in and out of the garage you'd see why. ;(
Rent a garage?? You have spent so much time making an awesome zed it makes me feel sad you are selling
I bought my house for the parking it was a bonus I liked the rest of the house lol

I tried to buy my one and only neighbours garage from him and long story short, he would've liked to but the land bounderies were just too convoluted.

To rent a garage would be ok, but realistically I don't think I'd make the effort to go get it out that often. My usage of it over the last 3 years has really been kind of unplanned outings.

I have a mare getting mine out. We have a single width drive 4 long with the carport at the end where the Zed lives. We have 5 cars! :arghh:
