Mobile holder

Have tried a number of holders over the years but haven't found one that I am happy with.
Not keen on the suction type that affix to the windscreen (too "aftermarket" and fall off!) and recently tried a vent attached holder but broke the vent after a few weeks - fortunately, an easy fix.
Any other ideas please?

I have these magnetic ones in our cars. It's like a steel ball that gets glued to the dash with a metal disc that can move on the ball. A small pad gets fixed to the back of the phone and it just magnets in place when in the car. Both our cars have them just above the air vent so the phone sits at a good location to see maps.

Magsafe charger sticks to dash, my Samsung S23 has never fallen off, have one in the other cars too.

Hi not sure if your still looking for one but I have a brand new Brodit phone mount for sale if its of interest

I thoroughly recommend a Brodit clip. Mine is attached to the lower console, no screws or sticky pads required to secure it.
