Hi Roy, as a matter of fact I tore my deflector when my wife was helping me put my hardtop on the car. So yes please, I will pay the postage and thanks for the offer, that's very generous. I'll PM my address info.

No ploblem Jim, glad I won't have to keep moving it out of her way and make excuses for not putting in the car with the rest of the boot sale stuff.

Rosie went to the hand car wash earlier, and is shiny enough for tomorrow. Meeting up with the rest of the Basingstoke area lot at Tot Hill services just south of Newbury at 8am. May get there early for my first breakfast (I've decided I'm a hobbit)!
 
Washed ours earlier had trouble melting the frost on it and then the water froze on the drive it's a skating rink out there now. Better be warmer tomorrow.
 
Gaz, you didn't wash Rosie yourself......YOU TRUSTED SOMEONE ELSE TO WASH HER????
What were you thinking man? Rosie is not just a car....She is a Z3 for goodness sake! :rage: :mad:.
How do you know they didn't drop the wash mitt and just picked it up and carried on..... J.C.

I Better keep well away from your Z then David, mine only got a quick wash by me on Thursday then yesterday done some jobs opened the bonnet to find air cleaner bracket broke, so today had to sauce some alloy to make another stronger one, finished in the dark, going to friends large unit later to put paint on front n/ s bumper where I knocked it. Should be at the breakfast stop in the morning.

You don't need to worry about that... I have a two hour drive in the morning before I'm in Aylesbury; the car will be filthy by the time I arrive!
 
The hand car wash I use is exceptionally good. Never seen them drop a mit or do anything bad to the cars that go there.

The paintwork is crap on Rosie anyway, swirl marked to hell already. Previous owner clearly didn't care, and to be honest I'm not that bothered as she will be vinyl wrapped next year anyway.
