M2/240M or Z4 40i

Well went down to the stealers over the weekend, and findout if I could justify buying an M2.

Was in two minds, M2 now or wait 18 months for the new Z4 with an 40i engine.

Well build slot was March 2018 - and I was expecting 12 month waiting list - well I know I can get a 240M for same price as my current payments on the E89.

Well M2 I was expecting increase payments of £150 per month - which I could justify - had prepped the wife and got a green light. After watching Grand Tour Friday evening.

Was not expecting the M2 to be £350 more per month than a 240M.

So told the wife its a shame I need to keep the E89 for a while longer - and wait for the New G series Z4 and fingers crossed 40i engine.

So looks like going to be around for an while longer, you lucky people

Or...M240i now and chop it in for the new Z4 when it's finally available. That way at least if the new Z4 isn't much good you didn't wait for nothing and also your part ex price is higher.

Besides, Z or not you're not getting away from me, I know where you live....unless you start to accelerate of course!

lol, which car are you referring to?

I love the Z - the M240i is a great car for the money - but its no were near as kool as a Z

Even now I been driving with roof down - its a great place to be.

The M240i - ticks all the boxes - more than the Z - but the Z gets my vote
