Had these offered to me to purchase

can someone clarify if these are suitable for the 2.8 Z3

I’ve typed in the code but seeing mixed answers as there’s different lettering on same codes?

I’ve done exactly that. Been on H&R site and other selling sites and seen mixed answers and can’t see anywhere what the different letterings mean.

does anyone know what the main difference is between 1.9 springs and 2.8? I’m guessing the spring rate?

Not sure how much use this is but the H&R info would suggest 4 cylinder, the 6 cylinder code has a -2 after it that could be relevant to spring rating or different strut sizes or could mean nothing. Also looked at various other sites and the codes came up for both 6 and 4 cylinder. Perhaps worth contacting H&R directly for advice.

The letters just refer to front and rear. F VA Front - R HA Rear

The 4 cyl ones dont have -1 or -2 after the code so it would suggest they are for a 4 cyl car.
