I doubt that I'm the only one who "dislikes" (and that's putting it mildly) these horrible LED headlights. It looks as thought our Government are finally waking up to the fact that they are dangerous by blinding other road users.

Maybe, just maybe something might happen. As usual it'll be down to the poor old MOT Tester, again.

Tony.

HID is the trend here Tony, usually in big 4x4,s.. Even during the day they blind someone in front, "as we usually are" in a low sports car...I think the theory is, thats its easy to spot a kangaroo if you have set fire to it from a quarter mile away.... That being said, I cant criticize "front of my truck with one above the windscreen for good measure, best you dip your lights if you are coming toward me.... Kind of necessary outback though, a roo would probably bounce of the front of the truck but a cow and they do graze the side of the road out there would severely ruin you day...

I try to avoid driving after dark because of this
I have even tried yellow glasses
They made a little difference but the world looked a bit like a trip to Glastonbury in the 90s

Another good trick is put half a blue pool noodle and half a red pool noodle over the lightbar above the windscreen... That slows em down too....;)
