You answered your own question @N4LLY, its just mold and as you said, you can wipe it off.
YIKES !!!!!Only thing I can think it may be is the dehumidifier has pulled the moisture out the seats up to the surface. It may have dried the leather out which in turn may cause it to crack. Hopefully not tho.

As the blue dot turns pink just pop it in the 600w microwave for 5mins let it cool and put it back in the car
