Leaking oil

Hi All

I started up my beloved after been tucked away for winter, as always fired up on the first turn and all six pistons purring like a kitten.
Left it for a few minutes idling and as soon as the temperature was coming up I gave it a gentle rev-up nothing over 4000rpm. I walk around to the passenger side and suddenly saw oil coming out of the middle of the car - See photos

Please let me know your thoughts - Has this happened to you ?????

Gutted, as I was planning to go to the Truxton meet-up next weekend

Can't really tell anything from that. You need to have look underneath and see where it is coming from.

Are you sure that’s oil . That could be fuel as that looks like the area where the fuel filter is situated, maybe condensation from a leaking exhaust……..not sure why a leak of any kind would stop it revving above 4K.

It is probably fuel, here is a pic of the probable cause....And that could certainly cause rev problems, investigate it straight away...
