part depends on what engine you have, from 98 i think they have a sensor before and after the cat rather than a single one. S its either a £100 job or a £200 job
AFAIK different Zeds have different numbers of lambda sensors
They are normally sited in front of the CAT with (depending model/engine) others behind it.
We need more info from you in order to be more specific.
Looking at OEM you wantr one of THESE Part#8 11781247406 PROBE
However, check by putting the last 7 digits of YOUR chassis number into OEM - I've just guessed at Aug 98 M44 1.9
Coopers LINK want £177
If it is the 1.9 Engine (Only other engine was a 2.8 during this period plus the M), then it is 1 Lambda Sensor and it is before the CAT, so in theory you can de-Cat and unleash the beast!:
I don't know, but all the wool plus the fur balls from the Cat 3 (closest icon to a cat) could be the cause of the restrictive exhaust system, what i do know, is that Lambda is the 11th letter of the greek alphabet.................
