Knock from rear of E89

Hi, i am experiencing a knocking sound from the rear drivers side when i go round corners left or right even at very low speed in my E89 30i.
When i push up or down on the rear corner it is quiet......any ideas as to what it could be?

Possibly Anti-roll bar bushes or linkages, or even a loose bolt/nut.

There's a weight in front of each rear wheel, check if the rubber inner has perished and it knocking on the chassis. Also check for a broken spring and failed shock top mount.
