Some of the great cars built with "pop-up" headlights over the years. Seen quite a few, and some that didn't make this list. Including the Matra Bagheera, a car which had 3 seats in a row across the middle.
I also saw no.19 the Pontiac Fiero at a garage I worked at in Lincoln from the mid 90's.

Yes the Matra was a French car, not all French cars are crap mate (not quite;)) another one we had where I worked was the Matra Rancho, basically a Simca 1100 van on steroids.=)).

The Pontiac was in the car park at the garage when I first went to work there, it was in to have a clutch fitted and being "mid engine" it needed the engine and gearbox /rear subframe out in in one piece. Not a fun job. I haven't seen Andy for a while but I bet he remembers that one !

Just suits it so well and hilarious when you are driving one and have to look around the barn doors!
