Apparently taxed and tested. With a good scrub and some fresh air it could still be transformed in no time. The big concern would be if water has been sitting in the carpet and possible electrical faults.

The interior will need a re-colour it will be stained to hell. Thats bloody criminal
There's one by me like this. A black Z3M sat in an iso container and has been for at least 10 years.
