What's happened to " this forum is about camaraderie bonded by the love of the Zed series" These quotes may not be entirely accurate but I'm sure you will get the idea behind them!! There are many mods I personally would never consider for my vehicle and I'm sure there will be plenty of people disliking what I have planned but I always respect the owners' right to do to their car whatever they wish. I always thought I wanted one of those 300SLs until I actually was up close at the Benz museum in Stuttgart, Germany. There I saw just what a pain it would have been to get in and out over the huge door sill needed to accommodate the gull wing doors. That's when I bought my 190SL with its regular opening doors. Must get my mig welder working and replace the new Benz rear fenders collecting dust in my shop! Not getting any younger so best get at it!! JIM

The beige wrap is odd but I like the doors, much more practical too
