Always makes me smile.

Cars on policy Z3M Roadster & BMW Alpina B10 3.2

I have a multi car policy with Admiral and had my renewal through today and 1 quick call I got an extra £ 50 off. So I am down to £520 for both cars with protected no claims.

So off I went to check if anyone can better it and at the moment the answer is " No".

A lot of the companies have no idea want a BMW Alpina B10 3.2 is, even to the point a few have said that car has never been made (strange I have one outside, ok only 64 were every bought into the UK)

So I ignore the B10 for the time being and just try the Z3M, any quote I get is more than I will be paying for both with Admiral.

I just love these legalised pirates :)

That's a good renewal price, I agree it is laughable what these firms come up with but at least insurance costs are on a downwards trend at the moment.

I use Admiral multicar, my renewal was less than last year but still expensive in my mind, so i shopped around and then called them, and hey presto reduced by a further £149, Aviva Multicar came close to within £50 quid of the final renewal with Admiral. There were cheaper alternatives for single policy, but then you have to include addons to get the same cover as Admiral, and then the final cost is above that of Admiral, so buyer beware and read the policy contents before plumping for a cheap deal
