ok, got home today to find i have an email from my insurance company saying that my direct debit had been refused, unfortunately for me the payment had left the account the same day as funds had gone in, i always thought you had till close of business, serves me right i supose for having more than one account. anyway i was a little annoyed by this as the email states they will charge me £15 for the inconvenience, my response was simple though a little rushed (i was annoyed you understand) i simple replied if they charged me £15 they could do one.
now sometimes i get a knee jerk reaction to stuff like this, i should have been smarter and worded it much nicer, damn why cant i undo emails should have replied yeh well two can play that game- i need a new windscreen
