Ok,

So I have to sell "the baby Zed" now... This car wants for NOTHING and is the perfect "1st Zed" for someone, or an ideal upgrade from an older model..

It's a 2008 2.0 Sport, in Titan Silver metallic. Registered 12/03/08, with only 2 previous owners and is pretty well specced! Notably;
  • Half leather HEATED M sports seats in black
  • M sports suspension
  • M leather wheel
  • Rear parking sensors
  • Factory wind deflector with boot stowage clips fitted
  • BMW mats
  • OS cup holder
  • Rain sensor
  • Auto lights
MOT expires 30/04/18

Service history;
  • PDI - 14/03/08
  • 22/02/11 1st service @ 16,783 miles - Sytner Sunningdale
  • 25/04/11 Brake fluid service @ 19,676 mile - Sytner Sunningdale
  • 08/05/12 Inspection 1 @ 35,085 miles - Sytner Sunningdale
  • 16/06/13 Inspection 2 @ 51,234 miles - Sytner Sunnigdale
  • 16/05/14 Inspection 1 @ 58,000 miles - Britz MOT Centre
  • 20/03/15 Inspection 1 @ 64,703 miles - Halfords, receipt present
  • 12/04/16 Inspection 2 @ 73,143 miles - Halfords, receipt present but book not stamped!
  • 08/04/17 Inspection 2 @ 80,984 miles - Halfords, receipt present
In addition, the following work has been carried out, for which receipts are present;
  • 21/03/15 Front & Rear pads and discs replaced, with "brakes 4 life" cover - Free replacement as long as you show the receipt, which is present!
  • 12/04/16 Both front wishbones replaced
  • 08/04/17 Coolant replaced
  • 08/04/17 Front and rear pads and discs replaced for free under "brakes 4 life" cover
  • 08/04/17 Two new rear tyres & brake fluid change
  • Cam cover gasket replaced by myself last week as it was leaking in the usual place, now perfect
  • Two front tyres someone in July 17 but he couldn't find the receipt/list]

    It was last serviced on 08/04/17 (Inspection 2) and is not due another service for either 11,400 miles or April 19

    I have refurbed and moved the roof motor to the boot, along with topping up the oil, so that's one thing a new owner doesn't have to worry about.

    I have also repaired the "sticking brushes" issue that the ABS motor pumps often suffer with. The ABS and DTC system now works perfectly, as does the "hill hold" system.

    The wheels have been split, and had the tyres removed, before being professionally stripped and re powder coated in the original finish, ie "chrome" outer rims and OEM silver centres. They have then been correctly rebuilt, before refitting with newly gloss black painted bolts and new centres. They are stunning, unmarked and have covered less than 10 miles since refitting.

    Talking about tyres, they are Bridgestone RE050A all round, with 7mm+ tread, and a date stamp of week 46 in 2016. The car rides BEAUTIFULLY, and does not tram-line or thump/crash over rough surfaces at all, to be honest it actually rides better than my 3.0

    It drives PERFECTLY, without a creak, knock or rattle..

    I have removed the CDV (clutch delay valve) which has improved the gear change quality and clutch "feel" beyond belief. I drained and refilled the gearbox and diff oils at the same time.

    Additionally, I have coded the following software options onto the car, which can of course be changed for any prospective owner;
    • Triple flash one-touch indicators
    • Roof opens AND closes from remote key
    • Visual lock/unlock and audible lock confirmation

    The bodywork has been fully decontaminated, minor marks polished out and finally polished to a high standard. The paintwork is silky smooth.

    Inside, there is "slight" wear to the drivers bolster, commensurate with mileage, but it is very light and easily touched up, I would have done it but couldn't find my leather dye kit...

    Car comes with TWO keys, ALL of the original manuals and books (2 folders) as well as lots of service receipts.

    The car wants for nothing, and in my opinion is probably the most "sorted" of it's year/model out there at the moment.

    Can be viewed in St Helens WA9 or Haydock WA11

    I have uploaded the pics below, but there are all in high resolution in this google album; https://photos.app.goo.gl/lcXrAw1HaocerQPZ2
