Driving down the A130 this afternoon and a I8 overtook me and wow what a car !!! Looked like something from outta space !!!

I love the styling on them, and I would love one... but I've said this a million times now - something that beautiful is screaming out for a BMW V10 engine in it!

I agree Jim, that F type is drop dead gorgeous.
The landlord of the house I moved out of used to turn up in his brand spanking new F type. Had a look in it whilst chatting to him about it, and it was exceptionally nice inside as well. A lot of dead cows went in to that interior!
Well you would hope they were, looks like a great calendar this year Gaz.

Well after a week of ownership I have sent mine back, it's the static, causes everyone with hair to look like Pat Sharp after 10 minutes, no one wants to ride with me, at least in the Z3 I can put the hood up!
By chance, in the Spring when I became the happy owner of my Zed (2009), I was present in the Villa D'Este "Concours d'Elegance" , where BMW is the official partner; they presented the concept car Gina, a car with a flexible body who could change the shape for different reason and speeds. The outfit of the body was made from some sort of synthetic tissue, very elastic. As you can see from the pics the shape of I8 is coming directly from this concept car..... People says that concept cars are useless, but is not always true......
