HOW BIG ?

I saw this yesterday when we stopped for lunch, I didn't look too close to see what size they were (22-23"?) as the driver didn't look too approachable.

They look as though if they ran over a matchstick they would bend! I think it would look better with Wells Fargo painted down the side and hitched to a team of 6 horses.
