Been up to Ripon today with new Z owner John, the long way round of course, coming back through Knaresborough, Wetherby and Tadcaster. Not much further but with essential top down motoring not really suited to the A1 this really was the better option. Did see two other Z3's both Silver gave them a wave but sadly none returned.

Apologies for Johns Legs (Why does Ernie Wise spring to mind?)

Actually I wasn't looking at my car outside the pub.I was looking at a beautiful Lancia Fulvia 1600HF that turned up, absolutely gorgeous. Not many original UK ones that didn't rust away in no time! The owner was telling me he'd driven to Venice and back with it last year.It was immaculate inside and out.

It was hot yesterday. Had a run out Folkestone to South woodham ferrers (Essex)
A 150 miles round trip.

Heavy traffic at Dartford crossing, as usual, and with the sun direct over head, my nut's were roasting. :wideyed:
