Yeah, people are all the time in a race track, while driving between A to B! They fight for a place ahead even with the price of the car (sometimes really expensive) or their on life...The secret of survival is to drive very defensive and to have a traffic camera...and to have good and fast reactions...Always look at the driver and than to the car!

Fiction or not,something here is a little bitey ,I'm covered in bruises and scratches and it must of been a hell of a scrap cos I've erased it from my memory! On another note the local beer is very tasty the Grappa comes in a gallon jug and they have Jagermister on tap .

The "grappa" it's made of plums in RO (not grapes) and the right name is tzuika if it has 35-45 alcohol and palinka if it's twice distilled at 55-65 alcohol (%). We drink it at the beginning of the lunch to open the appetite and it's really doing that: you will eat all you get like a wolf, depending on how many shots you have swallowed! If the drink was traditionally made, you can be death drunk and next morning perfectly sober and no need to drink a pool of water...so, moderation please!

This weekend is very important for me: today I participated to an old timer rally with a car that I started restoration 26 years ago and these are the first miles; I was really stressed but we run about 100 miles and came back safe and sound; tommorow I will participate for the first time to a bike meeting (also historical) with the red moped that I was working during the winter and Monday I will meet for the first time Hugh, our Zroadster Org legend! I prepared already the Zed for this trip and I'm praying for a top down trip on the road to Transilvania! Three days to warm your heart and joy your spirit! What can I ask more? Finger crossed for that!

Palinka is the drink we have,our guide Bogdan his father makes it yes out of plums it is very smooth ,but you are unable to speak immediately after drinking it.We are going to watch the rugby in the hotel tonight and I'm afraid we are going to drink some more .My friend Steve Plater is the legend .he broke two bones in a race 2 weeks ago and hasn't had time to get them fixed so he has ridden with only one hand for 2days it's crazy but amazing
