Help with radiator needed

Hi guys need a bit of help i have a 97 bmw z3 2.8 and my radiator has dropped on one side I have got the part I need bottom radiator surpport mount but I don't know how it is attached does the mounting braket push up into the little metal piece on the subframe or do I put it on from the top and slide it down onto the little metal piece on the subframe any help would be very much appreciated.
