I think I have mentioned on here before that our kids bought me a pair of heated car seat covers when I had my Mazda Eunos. It had very nice leather seats but they were not heated. Gary and Abz got me these for Christmas and they were only fitted for that winter, the N'S one has never been sat on!.
Here are of few pictures of them being nicely modelled by Shirl's oil burner this evening. I could not fit them on my Z4 seats because the seat belt runs through a guide on the seat and I didn't know how to open the guide without breaking it (not as simple as the Z3 type)
They are manufactured by a company called Peak in Canada and are very good quality items. They have elasticated straps with hooks on to tidy the edges round the bottom of the seat.
They run from the cig. lighter socket and have several settings, from standby (off) to pre heat, to low and high plus left, right or both. The connections on the covers have secure connectors with a fair length of cable.
This set was £135 + import tax. I'm looking for £80 posted. If you're interested please send me a PM.
Thanks for looking,
Tony.
