I was wondering if those of you who are lucky enough to have hardtop fitted for the winter months apply some sort of logic regarding when to take it off...

I run without the hardtop during British Summer Time... So only only 70 days to go...

No logic at this end I am afraid, I ran the car for 2 1/2 years with its lid on until the boys at work took it off when I was out and about, barstewards nicked my keys out of my coat pocket.
Oh, and I run all year round on winter tyres.

Under his gas mask? Or maybe over his head under his helmet, would explain Bonzo's comment about his golden flowing locks hanging out of his shorts!!
